Steps to initiate a return/exchange:

Visit the Agilite Returns Center https://agilitereturnsandexchanges.returnscenter.com/.

Enter your email address and order number(the order number starts with # and is 6-7 characters long), then select Find My Order.

Choose the reason for return/exchange, upload photos, and describe the issue.

Select whether you want a refund or an exchange for the same item. Only exchanges for identical products (different size or color) are allowed.

Follow the prompts: choose a shipping option and submit your request.

After placing your order, you have a 24‑hour window to request changes or cancellations. Contact customercare@agilitegear.com Immediately, if you are within this period.

After 24 hours, you must receive the shipment and then request a return or exchange.

Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt, and items must be unused and in original packaging.

Armor plates cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety considerations.
When to contact Customer Care instead of using the Returns Center:

For faulty or defective items, email customercare@agilitegear.com with photos or videos showing the problem.

If you ordered through the Israeli website, do not use the Returns Center. Follow the steps below or email customercare@agilitegear.com directly.

If the Returns Center does not work for you, contact customer care within 30 days.

Do not send items back without prior authorization! Unsanctioned returns will not be refunded.
After submission:

Agilite reviews requests within 3–5 business days.

Once you choose refund or exchange, that selection is final.

Orders received more than 30 days ago are not eligible.
Instructions for Israeli return/exchange:
If the item is in brand new condition, you may proceed with the return/ exchange by sending/ or coming to our Israeli warehouse at the following address:

Our warehouse is open from Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
If you are shipping the item back to us, please follow these steps:
Please ensure to include a note indicating the order number inside the package.
Additionally, kindly provide us with the tracking number once the package is dispatched.
Please be aware that it takes approximately 5-7 business days from the time the warehouse receives the package until confirmation is sent to us.
Upon confirming the receipt of your package, we will promptly dispatch the replacement item to you.
